A Wheel accelerates from rest with an acceleration of 6
rad/sec seq. How many revolutions are experienced in 4 sec.?
give answer with solution.
Answer Posted / mechatronics89
a= 6 rad/sec^2
let Q denotes the degree ,in radians ,by which the wheel
rotates. Then we can say
Q= (1/2)*a*t^2 (since initial velocity is 0)
=.5*6*16
=48 radians..
no.of revolution = 48/2*pi = 24/pi
