I Think you should follow step by step process>

1. Check the user and try to communicate with him because
you never know if it is an important job for some body like
redwood.

2. If the user is comfortable, try to find out the reason as
your job is trying to access any lick table or something...

3. If everything is clears to you should kill a job with
core as it will provide you a log for your future references
but if you are sitting at a client side, than its upto you
as most of the client always maintains logs.

In the Sap Easy Access Menu I see the menu System -> User Profiles ->Own Data. Other options Hold Data is to keep data values that you have entered in a field of an application for the duration of the session; SET DATA not to overwrite the data and DELETE DATA to delete the set data. Can somebody explain me the Hold Data, Set Data and Delete Data with examples, i mean giving an example of fields?
