Let the speed is X km per hour
so total journey = 7 x X = 7X

so 7X = 5(X+12)
7X - 5X = 60
X = 30

So, Total journey = 7 x 30 = 210 k.

30 x 7 = 210 k.
(30+12) = 42 x 5 = 210 km.
