could u please tell us from where you get to know that in
NIC in 03 years you will definately get promoted?

and Shailesh i am totally agree with you. its totally
depend to person to person, some of persons to whom i know,
they were not happy in NIC and now they are very good
working outside at a very good package.

and offcourse we get all facilities in private sector like
medical etc so please guys do not spread out rumours here(
a request only).

so lets wait for the offer letter.
