Sakshi you are correct....and i am sure you will do
something good for NIC.....present apprisal system in Pvt
firms is completly based on one's individual
performance ...if you are very good and feel always
confident then only option to stay in Pvt
firms /...otherwise my advice is to join NIC ....many of my
friends worked for NIC 2-3 years and joined Private sector
after that ...they are getting good salary and also getting
recoginistation in company.....so it's upto one how he is
looking the way and interpreting all the
things.................One more thing to add ..Govt.
oppurtunity does not come on frequent basis as it come in
pvt. sectors....So i am sure a govt. employee can join
pvt. sector at any point of time but vice versa can't be
true at any point of time.
