1.In sufficient available npsh
2.Pump is not primed properly
3.Air or vapour, pockets in the liquid on the suction side.
4.Low voltage resulting in lower rpm
5.Required head being higher then the developed head
6.Impeller vanes clogged up
7. Chocked output filter.
8. Chocked input filter.
9. External leakages from the pump.
