Hi frns....anybody have any knowledge of work environment
at NIC....the salary we can expect at joining and about
salary hikes......i mean is there a yearly appraisal
process there like the private organisation or do we have
to w8 for years together for salary hikes.I had seen a post
from a guy from NIC.Can you answer some of these questions(
if possible) so that we can take a correct decision.

I got selected in Department of Posts,India as sorting assistant in RMS. I am MA rank holder and got research grant from state govt funding agency . will i get a loss of pay long leave from department of posts or do i have to resign? thanks sabu
