GENERALLY INSTANCE IS REFERRED TO THE APPLICATION SERVER
AND IF THE APP. SERVER AND DATABASE SERVER ARE IN THE SAME
SYSTEM THEN IT IS CALLED AS CENTRAL INSTANCE.
