IT IS A SOFTWARE COMPONENT WHERE THE ACTUAL APPLICATIONS
USED TO RUN AND THESE STATEMENTS WILL BE EXECUTED BY THE
BASIS OS AND THEN IT SENDS TO THE ACTUAL OS INTHE SYSTEM
SO CALLED PLATFORM INDEPENDENT.
