For Assets addition basically following options are there
in FA-
1.Adding assets from external system.
This relates to entering the assets details like-costs,type
of assets,other related information from the Oracle
Payables and Oracle Project module. That is-Mass aditions.
2.Adding assets from feeder system.
In this way the additions takes place from sources like
legacy system by data importing through interface.
3.Adding assets manually
This is the way to entering the assets details and
related information from the assets interface directly.
Oracle Assets provide two different ways for this
a)Quick additions
b)Detail additions
