Is it Possible to read from PS file and write it to
database by using dynamic sql(execute immediate)

Yes we can do. Like we retrieve the data from the
production tables to PS files and by Load utility we ca
load the tables. Whereber we we use sql..that we can use n
the dynamic sql.
