No CRTDTA and CRTARA command in CL Ver.5.2. Question may be
wrong!
Available CL commands:

CRTDTAARA = Create Data Area.
CHGDTAARA = Change Data Area.
RTVDTAARA = Retrieve Data Area.
CRTDTAQ = Create Data Que.
UPDDTA = Update Data.
