in 'COPY' (Copy Pending status) unless you take an inline
image copy OR specify SHRLEVEL REFERENCE/CHANGE OR sepcify
LOG YES

To resolve this, you can

1. Start Access(Force)
OR
2. Repair
OR
3. Take an image copy
