HRM is mean human resource management and HRM is a process
which hire and maintain a right person for the right job
and human resource management is the process of planning,
recruiting,selecting and controlling.it is processs of
planning,organising,directing,controlling
with refrence to the
procurement,compensation,maintance,apprisals etc, Which
makes a complete sense of HRM.
