Call center:- It is a Firm where individuals make calls to
different clients to sell there products(inbond)& sevices
(Outbond)
BPOs:- It is a abbreviation of Bussiness Process
Outsourcing which means dealling with outsiders on phone or
Internet. Callcenter is part of BPOs industries.

I have completed my graduation in B.A.(Eco) I have 3 - 4 years experiance in staff (Back office). 2 years in office assistant and 1 year in computer operator. from last 7 months I am doing work as Account assistant.
