I have been working in a Call Center for ___ years as a
Customer Service Representative. My skills and knowledge
that i have acquired in this business will benefit me to
continue practice the application of providing above
average quality and excellent customer service experience.
I will be able to use my knowledge to help my team by
rendering ideas and additional solution accordingly and
effectively. I am professionally open with any positive and
negative feedback that will be coming from my Managers for
these will hone and improve my performance that i will
eventually utilise to make sure of consistency in providing
Excellent Customer Service Experience.

I have completed my graduation in B.A.(Eco) I have 3 - 4 years experiance in staff (Back office). 2 years in office assistant and 1 year in computer operator. from last 7 months I am doing work as Account assistant.
