BE remember the answer very time prime minister is the
chairpersion of the palnning commission so the the first
cahir pwerson of planning commision is nehru and currnet
chair person is manmohan and deputy chairperson is montek
singh . the first planning commission was started in 1950
march but plans started 1951 1st april.
