Go to sql*plus and connected to apps user and

sql> select multi_org_flag from fnd_product_group;

If the value is 'y' then organazations using multi org
If the value is 'N' then org using single org

HI, once we create the standard invoice then we can get journal entry item expense a/c-dr to liability a.c then item it will reflect through inventory, but liability a/c . it will reflect from GL , it is possible .
