why earthing is not required on transformer prymary winding
side ???

If the primary side of the trasformer is delta, then only
body earth required.delta no eathing is required because
upstream is delta circuit which increase the reliability of
power transmission if earth fault occur. in delta circuit,
no earth fault will be detected.
