25 - 2 => 23 => 3 (remove the first bit in the ansewr of 25-
2)
100 * 2 =>200=>20(remove the last bit in the answer of
100*2)
36 / 3 =>12 =>2(remove the first bit again in the answer

144 - 3 =>141 =>14(remove the last bit in the answer of 144-
3)
so answer is 14
