2. stimulated B cells leave Peyer's patch and travel through
lymph and blood to lamina propria of intestine.
3. In lamina propria B cells differentiate into
IgA-secreting plasma cells.
4. IgA receives protective secretory component.
5. IgA is transported across epithelium to gut to deal with
intraluminal Ag.
