ANS-1)we have 12 steps in US payroll process.which are
fallows below,
1.genaeral data.
2.basic data processing.
3.get previous result of VO.
4.import last payroll results.
5.determination of payroll modifier.
6.general processing of time data.
7.gross calculation & text processing.
8.garnishments:recalculation.
9.net processing.
10.processing month end accurals.
12.final processing.
ANS-2)user exits is nothing but, adding new functionality
to allready existing one, we are not modifing that, with
out effecting original source, we have 4 types of user
exits, which are fallows below,
1.menu exits.
2.screen exits.
3.filed exits.
functional exits.
Ans-3)work schedule:it defines the number of hours to be
worked for specific period.
work schedule rule: it assigned to periodic work schedule,
adn discription of planned working time, i.e.daily working
hours, working days,, monthly working hours, and anually
working hours.
Ans-4) full life cycle implimentation is nothing but, we
have fallow four phages for a full life cycle
implimentation in to SAP any module.which are fallows
bellow,
1.project preparation.
2.business bule print preparation.
3.realization.
4.final preparation.
5.go-live and support.
Ans-5)time constraint class defines a determinant of whther
a data record must be defined without time gaps/over
laps/collisions are permitted.
it indicates whther more than one infotype record may be
available at one time.we 3 types of time constrain classes,
which are fallowed below,
1.an infotype record must be avaialable at all times, with
no gaps.
2.only one record available at on etime with time gaps.
3.any number of records may be valid at one time and time
gaps are permitted.
Ans-6)the time evaluation process starts bellow,
1.once u run time evaluation, sytem checks whethr employee
is existed ot not.
2.then system checks, WPBP table, start date, end date of
time evaluation and action type.
3.then system checks the time evaluation whether it is
positve or negative according the time managemnt status
which has been maintained in IT0007 .
4.then system checks errors in positive/negative time
evaluation.
5.then system checks planned working hours, here system
reduces breaks and absences, system gets exact working
hours.
6.then system generates time types & time wage types for
regular/over time hours.
7.then system process the time quotas.
