NEW DELHI, FEB. 17. The Chairman and Managing Director of
the Industrial Development Bank of India, M. Damodaran, was
today appointed Chairman of the Securities and Exchange
Board of India. He succeeds G. N. Bajpai, who retires
tomorrow. this is from THE HINDU.
