i have to have all the necesities first before i start my
daily routine e.g systems,notepad,pen.i listen to what the
customer's issue is ,troubleshoot,give solutions to
what,when and how the customer wants it.If the issue needs
escalation,or referal to my immediate supevisor procedures
are followed.Consultations among my colleagues is done and
ensure that the customer is provided feedback by immediate
follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
