15 ltrs water containing 20% alcohol means
say the water contents are X ltrs
then alcohol contents would be 0.2X ltrs
so X+ 0.2X = 15 ltrs
so X=1.25 ltrs
now add 5 ltrs of water so total volume will be 20 ltrs
so now the % is 1.25*100/20 = 6.25%
