Question { ABG Shipyard, 6505 }
suppose, after calibrating a transmitter we fixed it in a process line. At live zero condition the Tx shows 4.5 mA. what should we do to make the Tx show 4 mA? If we adjust zero, will it not affect the calibration?
Answer
After the transmitter calibration they already fix the
transmitter on the prosces line. that time u check the
process line how mach pressure and check the 5 way manifold
condition and check the LP side impulseline chook. if its
ok manifold and impules line; open 5 way manifold equlizer
valve close any one hp or lp isolation valve that time tx
should be show zero 4ma. not showing 4ma. trim it zero.
zero not trimed cheange the transmitter.
Importent.
check the LRV how much its Zero Or not.
and check the wich type of transmitter.
if it is level transimtter that one different type of
callibration. check the where using the prossce line.
thank you
