Answer

Its Level 2 and Level 3 tickets, it means Priority 2 which
get resolved within 4 hours and L3 Priority 3 means you need
to solve tickets within 8 hours.
The priority of the tickets and hours are varies from
company to company.

The plant is determining in sales order that
First- It will read CMIR (only when if you check read info
record in VOV8)
Second- It will read CMR
Third- It will read MMR

In Third Party Sales Process how do you know that whether
the goods sent by third party vendor has reached customer or
not? Is there any control mechanism to know about it in SAP
system if so then what is it?


Answer

once the vendor create a sales order, as per output
customization,the order confirmation generated (BA00)and
this document is sent via email or fax to the company who
raise a PO and assigning these BA00 document to company who
raise a sales order.
