For 1 Hrwe can count= 200*60=12000 counts for a hr.
therefore for a day= 12000*24=288000 counts
in order to count 10Cr.,we required total days as:- 100000000/288000= 347.22 Days.

We have 1 day in 4yrs ,therefore347.22/4= 86.805 Yrs.

The Answer is 86.805 Yr required to count 1billion.
