Yes, if it is really a sexual harassment case,

First thing is double check abt the person with quiet a few
trustable or honest employees. if Yes then no looking back
how much higher cader the person is in or the greatest
talent in world if he has got, never mind just suggest for
the termination to him.

If no you should put an eye on the person who
complained.If the person who claimed is pshycologically ill
or it was intentional, part of some cheap tricks.
