Me: 3months exp & I underwent a leg surgery ( Actually I am 2007 passed out student & I underwent leg surgery for 2times, which is very rare condition & I had 3month work exp also. But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery. Visa Officer: she told something Me: I didnt listen to her properly because I was upset & I told Thank you & I left the place with my papers So When can I re-apply for 2nd VI & wat to do with my 3yrs gap after undergraduation Plz suggest me I wanna know & I wanna undergo for the final surgery soon. Hi, I have applied the form for US visa. In this form i applied for a business visit visa(B1/B2). Although when i went to schedule the interview date the clas type B1/B2 falls under 2 categories(purpose of travel)i.e Business and Tourist. I cannot manage to get an interview date with Business but i can through Tourist(B1/B2) class visa. Can i go ahead an schedule an appointment through this way

I am having 6.5 years of experience in IT and presently I am working in a reputed MNC. My company is soon going to apply for L1A for me. The reason I am worried because, the first company where I worked almost 2.7 years sold there business and presently there are no existence of it. Except the appointment as well as release letter from this company I don’t have any other documents like bank statement or form16 (As it was a small company we used to get the payment in cash.). So, in this situation if my present employer asks these documents during verification process I will be in deep trouble. Please advice me what should I do in this situation. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hie frnds If I said to VO that My brother had done MS in US and he is now planning to pursue phd If at all VO asks r u going to US to meet ur family members and mingle with them In my view if I tell that "Sir my main aim is to pursue my ms and there will be no matter for me that there is any relation is there or not in US I am going only to complete my MS" Is this answer is right r not If not what I have to say If there are any corrections then plzz tell me
