Is Police Checking Done for getting visa confirmation as that done when we have applied for passport?? If police checking doesnot include personal interview by police officals, then how is police clearance done for getting visa.......... Please reply soon if any one knows

I would like to apply for PR under Skilled Migration Visa for Australia am I eligible or not. What's the required band score individually required for applicability. According to Aust webpage, Washington Accords has accept india and Organisations holding provisional status now.Being an Indian Engineer required to fill the form of CDR- Competency demonstration report.I had passed in Dec 2003.And my college is Birla Vishvakarma mahavidyala-Sardar patel University;Gujarat which is belongs to AICTE, and well reputed in india.Should I have to fill the form of CDR?
