But Primary BPO is direct company based.

parties.and primary means where there is a direct contact
between company and customers

primary or captive bpo is a company outsourcing its services to its parent company or branch. A third party bpo is not connected with the company to which it is outsourcing its services.

Third pary BPo means,Suppose an employee is hired by one
company called XYZ and the XYZ is maintaing the doc as well
as the salary is issued by XYZ but the employee rendering
the service to some other company called XXX on the terms
of XYZ.
