ihve got a shengen visa from austrian emabassy for eight
days but i overstayed three months but the austrian
authorities didnt stamp anything on my passport not even
the departure stamp when i arrive to mumbai even they also
havnt stamped on my passport not even the arrival.can i use
this passport for another shengen visa or u.s visa.

ha ha ha you are lucky . just go to the austrian embassy
and write a appology letter giving reason for your delay
and get over with it as quickly .
they have nothing to loose its your loss if this lapse is
noticed .

Dear, you are in a soup if your arrival is not stamped by
Indian immigratin officer at the airport.No Embassy will
issue a visa to you in future. go back to your arrival
airport and meet the ACP at the airport and request him to
stamp your arrival , show him your return ticket for that
date. So far your over stay is concerned, it is a crime to
overstay than your visa period. The day you board the
flight from Europe your departure date is registered with
all the ports in Europe, when next you go for Schengen
visa, it would be difficult for you to obtain one. Best of
luck.

its me again well mr. navin as uhv said that without the
immigration officers stamp i couldnt get visas from any
embassies but still ive got multiple visa of russia and
australia but ihvnt tried for europe yet .from my point of
view if u overtstay a visa of a country then its there
hedache to penalaise u or not.if they do it then we could
got some minor probs to aquire visas from other embassies
other wise nobody bothers or they dont have the time to
check it out.untill and unless u hve done some severe
criminal offence and a lookout notice has been issued by ur
name from interpol ha ha.

Hi, am from AP state, India. I did MBA in logistics and worked for 1 year now iam not working from past 2 years due to family personal issues. Now I want to pursue ms in logistics from German or Sweden. My concern is whether they consider these 2,3 years gap in my education or not. Whether I will get a admission from universities like klu Hamburg or not. My academics are decent like I have 3/5 gpa in mba and 63% from b.tech. and iam expecting my tofel 7.
