Hi my husband is working in Germany, After 1 month he will get his work permit visa and i will be accompanying him. Can i work in Germany on dependent visa or i will have to apply for work permit visa?

Hi all, This is suresh. I have germany university admission. i have 65.62% overall in b.tech. passed out is 2006. And finance support also good. But it was rejected twice recently (feb,march-2010). I am unable to know the reason. can any body help me regarding this.

ihve got a shengen visa from austrian emabassy for eight days but i overstayed three months but the austrian authorities didnt stamp anything on my passport not even the departure stamp when i arrive to mumbai even they also havnt stamped on my passport not even the arrival.can i use this passport for another shengen visa or u.s visa.

At present I have taken a break from work, and undertaken a study programme in a related field in a college in Bangalore. I wish to attend a trade fair in Germany that is related to my field of work. My questions are: Can I apply for a Schengen visa from Bangalore, although I am a resident of mumbai? I am a filipina who is currently living in Philippines, and my boyfriend is working as a Captain in US military which is based in Germany and he lives off-post. I applied a schengen visa 2 months ago for 17days to visit him and they grant it. But this time we are very eager to know if it`s possible for me to apply for a longer stay to visit and to be with him for 90 days, without me having a job here but he will sponsor everything like what he did before? We`ve been in a long distance relationship for a year and we want to make things sure if one of us decides to get married.
