i left my previous job because ... i am looking for a
challenging carrer ... so that i can boost up my knowledge
and i can keep myself allways busy ... so that my mind can
think better....if we do some achivements every thing comes
to .... like money,name,etcc....

I am B.Tech student.presently i am working as a faculty.but i am not interested on that side.Actually i did SAP-ABAP.But i want to do any software or call center job.while attending interviews in BPO's they are asking why you came to bpo by leaving software.

In the HR round, questions were: Tell me about yourself? Why do u want to join dell? Are to compatible to work in night shifts? Consider a situation when a customer who's an author calls up to tell that his hardware is corrupted and all his writings were stored on the system. Next was technical round. Questions asked were: what is BIOS? what is POST? what is RAID? Mirroring? striping? what is the CD capacity? What is the DVD capacity? What are the different flavors of XP? What is the configuration of the system u use at home? what is trouble shooting? Tell me about your project? What do u know about the different dell products? Do u kne about your nature of work? What if the software field improves and u get a call from them, would u jump over? Next was the ops round where they check for ur compatibility i.e. your long term commitment wth the company.

i completed my MCA in the year 2008, due to recession i want to shift to the bpo field. In bpo if they ask about the question like "being a MCA post graduate student why do u want to join in bpo" what i need to answer to this question? please help me out!
how can i join call centre???
im an engineering graduate (BE ECE) i have experience of 1.5 yrs in non technical BPO, i can justify abt my reasons for takin up call centers but they are asking me why have u chosen non technical being from technical side, i cant find any suitable answer to that question (basically im weak in technical concepts) so kindly tell me wat to say in this regard
