Is an RBI Grade B officer likely to be transferred once he is allocated a position at one of the RBI branches? I am currently a PO in SBI. Compared to that, can you kindly inform me: 1) Is the chance to be allocated to your home state more in RBI? 2)Is an RBI Grade B officer likely to be transferred once he is allocated a position at one of the RBI branches? 3) Is the salary,job satisfaction, comparable workload, pension etc substantially better in RBI than in SBI? I can't find reliable information on this anywhere. Kindly enlighten me if possible.

Congratulation to all who have cleared the Tier II exam of SBI PO held on 30Nov. I had written that exam during my 9th month of pregnancy, I gave birth to my baby in Dec. Now i am confused how to attend the interview and GD with a month old baby, my in-laws are very supportive and they are supporting me a lot during this period , but my question will SBI interviewr will conside my candidature or will they reject me plz any body guide me

Hi frns ! m an M com pg workin with a Share broking company for the last 3 yrs as sales manager,i was not having good views about the govt jobs but this recession has given me a lesson and also a big question mark as far as the job security is concerned in corporates.Now i wants to prepare for the Bank PO exams,so frns pls help me and send all relevnt materials which could help me in clearing this exam. Dear Friends,I was a bindaas type of guy not bothering abt anything in life and becoz of this nature i lost around 2 lakhs in share markets last year. But now i want to change my self for my parents and want to do some thing for them by getting a Govt job. So i ll be really thankful if any body can suggest me should i try for Banking jobs or not. My strong points:1.Good Communication skills and english. 2.Very good knowledge about Indian ecconomy,Share markets,Banking,Corporates News etc. 3.Btech Degree 70% marks. 4.Good at mathematics during college and Btech days.
