Is divorce in shia imami ismaili community valid by indian
court of law . How do we get the degree of divorce from the
court . plz.reply . thank you .

yes it is valid by indian court and there is no special
degree of divorce, it is only practice in a particular
field.

I think the best person to answer this question is the
Ismaili Council. But i also feel that the council will not
answer this straight away, as this would then become an
OPEN SECRET. Such secrets are never revealed by the
Councils. So till u approach the court and get an order,
there would be no straight forward answer from anyone.

If we are taking Input credit on purchase on the basis of origal VAT Invoices,but party didn't pay the tax to the the sales tax department.Is there is any provision in VAT laws that our Input Tax will be disallowed on that basis.
