There's more than one interpretation of your question, I am
sure, but my answer is as follows.
Each year at the company's annual conference, some people
were asked to address an audience of about 400 people.
My appearance, my speech, my confidence, the jokes, my
assessment and depiction of the company's results as well as
the praise of certain sectors that did well was what
influenced everyone's opinion.

1)A good presentation skill Affects on human nature.For
Example:If number of employees suffered from critical
situation in their organization to particular extent,HR act
as a midiator,presenting actual scenario in front of
employees to deduce tension to some extent.

2)If someone fresher were seeking for a new job & he did not
get proper track;then i could try to give them good track as
per experience gained.

During a project, with Bechtel Corporation Inc, workers were facing problems with the unpleasant smell from Sabka (Industrial Waste around the Project side), we addressed the Issue to the client as it was a matter of urgency because the efficiency of workers was declining day by day.
Client called an urgent meeting to discusses the issue and suddenly my project manager got stuck in the middle of the presentation when it came to extension of time, I focused my attention on communication, the most time-consuming activity and the one most critical to success and continued as I was well aware about the situation.
All the attendees appreciated my presentation and client was ready to accept extension of time request.
