How would you go about finding the best model for a given task?
Answer / Raju Kumar Rai
To find the best model for a given task, one should first understand the problem at hand and identify its characteristics such as data type, size, complexity, and desired output. Next, research relevant machine learning models and their strengths and weaknesses based on similar tasks or problems. After selecting multiple promising models, split the dataset into training and validation sets to train each model. Evaluate the performance of each model using appropriate metrics like accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, or loss functions. Fine-tune the hyperparameters of the top-performing models to further optimize their performance. Lastly, choose the best model based on its generalization ability and robustness.
