To sign in as an administrator on Windows 10, follow these steps:
1. Press the Windows key + X and select Command Prompt (Admin) or PowerShell (Admin).
2. Type the following command and press Enter: net user <your-user-name> administrator /add
3. Close the Command Prompt.
4. Restart your computer, then sign in with the new administrator account.
