Answer / Vivek Kumar

Security changes, such as Group Policy Object (GPO) updates or user account modifications, are replicated between domain controllers in Windows Server 2003 based on a process called replication. By default, security changes are replicated every 15 minutes. However, this interval can be adjusted using Group Policy.
