What is the structure of ps-poll?
Answer / Jagmohan Srivastava
PS-Poll (Power Save Poll) is a management frame used in Wi-Fi networks to wake up a power-saving station (a device that has entered a low-power mode to conserve battery life) and request it to transmit data.nnThe structure of the PS-Poll frame includes various fields such as the Frame Control field, which indicates the type of frame, the Duration field, which specifies the time remaining until the next uplink transmission opportunity, and the Address field, which contains the MAC address of the target station.nnIn addition to the basic PS-Poll frame, there is also a Request field that allows the AP (access point) to request specific information from the target station, such as its power management state or list of buffered frames.
