Scrum is a specific type of Iterative Model, but it also includes additional elements like the Scrum framework. While all Iterative Models involve breaking down development into smaller chunks (iterations or sprints), Scrum also emphasizes self-organizing teams, a flexible product backlog, and continuous feedback loops.
