What is the difference between the sprint planning meeting & sprint retrospective meeting?
Answer / Neeraj Kumar Chaurasia
The Sprint Planning Meeting is held at the beginning of each Sprint to discuss, plan, and prepare for the upcoming work. The Development Team defines tasks, estimates effort, and selects stories from the Product Backlog to work on during the Sprint. The Sprint Retrospective Meeting is held at the end of each Sprint to review the past Sprint, identify improvements, and plan future Sprints.
