Describe about size of a molecule, which make a substance antigenic.
Answer / Srikant Choudhary
The size of a molecule plays a role in its antigenicity, but it is not the only factor. Generally, larger molecules such as proteins and polysaccharides are more likely to be antigenic because they can interact with multiple components of the immune system. However, smaller molecules like haptens become antigenic only when they combine with a carrier protein to increase their size.
