Turner's Syndrome is a genetic disorder that affects females and is characterized by short stature, webbed neck, wide-set collarbones, low hairline behind the neck, swollen hands and feet, and various cardiovascular abnormalities. It is caused by the partial or complete absence of one X chromosome.
