What is the right technique to brush?
Answer / Vinay Kumar Katiyar
The correct brushing technique involves using a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste. Position the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle against your gums, and gently move the toothbrush back and forth in short strokes to clean both the front and back of the teeth as well as the chewing surfaces. Don't forget to brush your tongue to remove bacteria.
