How to floss effectively?
Answer / Sunil Yadav
To floss effectively, wrap approximately 18 inches of dental floss around your middle fingers, leaving about 2 inches for your teeth. Gently slide the floss between each tooth, forming a 'C' shape around the tooth and under the gum line. Move the floss up and down several times before moving to the next tooth.
