After giving a wristband to 4% (or 24) of the 600 tennis players, there are still 576 tennis players remaining. Then, 96% (or 555) of those remaining players get a wristband on one hand, leaving 41 players without a wristband on either hand. The number of players who got a wristband on both hands is: 600 - 24 - 576 + 41 = 81.
