What are limitations of DBSCAN?
Answer / Bhagirathi Arya
DBSCAN has several limitations. It requires choosing an arbitrary value for the minimum number of points to form a cluster (eps), which can be challenging. It also struggles with noise points, and it may not find clusters if they are not sufficiently dense or if they have varying densities. Finally, DBSCAN can be slow when dealing with large datasets.
